Tech Desk: training / Reset Knowbe4 Password

1. Have you already confirmed your account but need to reset your password?

Visit https://training.knowbe4.com and click the "Forgot your password?" link after entering your email address. After clicking, enter your email address and click "Send me reset password instructions".

If you receive an error that says "This account is not yet confirmed", you will need to click the activation link in order to confirm your account and set your password (see #2 below).

Otherwise, you will receive an email to the email address you entered which will provide you a link to click on to set your new password. New password links will be active for approximately six hours.

If you didn't receive the email, check your Junk/Spam folder. If you still do not see the email, send a request for help to the City Helpdesk.

2. Were you notified via email about your assigned training, and clicked a link in that email to log in?

If so, the first time you click the link in your training notification, you will be emailed an activation link to confirm your account and set your password for training.

If you didn't receive it, check your Junk/Spam folder. You can also attempt to resend this activation link by visiting https://training.knowbe4.com and clicking the "Didn't receive confirmation instructions?" link after entering your email address.

If you still do not receive the email, contact the City Helpdesk for assistance. Once you confirm your account and set your password, you'll be able to log in to your account to take your training.
