Tech Desk: phone / Call Forwarding

1. Enter #6012 on your desk phone (be sure to press the # button first)

2. Enter your extension, then press #

3. Enter the phone number you want the calls forwarded to, then press #

4. Test to confirm the forwarding completed successfully

5. NOTE: Your name won't be displayed on your desk phone while calls are being forwarded

 

To Undo Call Forwwarding, follow these steps:

1. Enter #6051 on your desk phone (be sure to press the # button first)

2. Hang up the phone

3. NOTE: Your name will be displayed again once the call forwarding has been undone
