1. Go to https://office.com and sign in using your City email address and password.

2. Click on "Teams" at the top of the screen.

3. If you prefer to use the web-based version of Teams, you do not need to take any additional steps. If you prefer to use the desktop version, proceed to step 4.

4. Click on "Get app" in the bottom left corner.

5. Save the installer file to an easily found location on your computer (preferably your desktop)

6. Once the file has downloaded, locate the file and double click it to install Teams.

7. If it prompts for an Administrator password, you can reach out to the Help Desk at 304-348-8048 and someone will be happy to assist you.
